We were complete novices when it can to logburners and stoves etc. Everyone at Phoenix fireplace shop were amazing and so helpful.
Turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and were super friendly and helpful.
The stove we choose is fitted well and the instructions for use were simple to understand.
Price wise they were the best around by a long shot but that doesn’t mean that their work or products are less then anyone else.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
We are so happy with everything! �
