I originally shopped around and visited various show rooms and i was a bit confused by all the different options for fireplaces. I received a survey from Chris and he recommended a wall mounted gas fire as this would suit my lounge, the fires comes with a remote control and looks amazing in my living room, the price quoted was cheaper than my other quotes and the result was stunning. I am currently doing up my house and going with Phoenix fireplaces is the best decision i have made so far.

“We were complete novices when it can to logburners and stoves etc. Everyone at Phoenix fireplace shop were amazing and so helpful.
Turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and were super friendly and helpful.
The stove we choose is fitted well and the instructions for use were simple to understand.
Price wise they were the best around by a long shot but that doesn’t mean that their work or products are less then anyone else.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
We are so happy with everything! �
